Under eating and over eating both are not healthy nor good for body composition!
Managing your diet can be stressful and discouraging!! My advice is to start with taking one unhealthy food choice out of your diet and adding in one healthy food choice. making changes in small increments and then mastering those habits one small step at a time will make change in the long term picture… changing your eating habits for the positive is about a life long habit not just for a season or an event!!
